Do I have to make an advance payment?
If you book directly through us, you don’t need to pay in advance. If you used an online booking portal to book, we need your credit card as a guarantee.
Do I have a contact person?
Naturally! We are glad to meet you. We are happy to answer all of your questions during your stay. You can meet us in person in the office or you can call us Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We can also be reached by phone outside of the opening times. We make sure that you get our contact details with your booking information.
Do I need a credit card to make a booking?
Only if you book through other portals. If you book directly, we can agree on credit card, invoice, cash or payment with an EC card.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
a) From the 30th day before the start of the provision: 30% of the agreed total price,
b) 29th – 22nd day before the start of the transfer: 60% of the agreed total price,
c) from the 21st day before the start of the provision: 80% of the agreed total price,
d) If the customer does not appear or if the customer cancels on the day of arrival: 100% of the agreed total price
Which payment methods do we accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, China Union Pay, JCB & Maestro.
Can I extend my stay?
With pleasure. Just check availability with your contact person. To make this process easier, it is best if you let us know as soon as you know of your renewal plans.
When can I check in?
You can check in independently from 4 p.m. with your access data or a little earlier by arrangement.
What time can I check out?
Check-out is until 11 a.m. If you request a late check-out, we always try to make it possible, but ask for your understanding that this is not always feasible due to the occupancy.
Do you have a reception?
Yes! Our reception is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and outside of the hotel is just a phone call away. For the sake of simplicity and security, access is possible 24/7.
How can i contact you
We will make sure that you get the phone number from your contact person with your booking confirmation. You can be reached by phone Monday to Friday and in the office from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What precautions have you taken regarding the pandemic?
We have a carefully crafted one Hygiene concept created to protect our guests and employees and to counteract the pandemic. Our houses are equipped with disinfectant dispensers and may only be entered with mouth and nose protection. We are happy to provide further information or questions.
Can anyone be reached outside of office hours?
Yes! Your contact person is also there for you outside of the opening times! Your phone number will be sent to you with the booking confirmation.
Are bed linen and towels available?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided and changed every 14 days. On request, we can change them more often for a small fee.
Is it possible to do laundry?
Our houses all have coin-operated washing machines, coin-operated dryers, ironing boards and irons that are available for use. The coins can be ordered while booking or bought at our reception for € 1 per coin.
(Premium packages receive washing coins free of charge.)
What cooking options do I have?
All apartments are equipped with an electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill as well as glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. If you want to eat outside, let our team give you insider tips. They will give you these including directions.
Do you clean the apartments?
All apartments are cleaned weekly for free.
How safe are your houses?
Safety is our number one priority. Thanks to our code system and camera surveillance, we can guarantee that only our guests and their guests have access to the apartment corridors.
